Where is my firm's data hosted?
Your data stays in Switzerland. Backups are encrypted and stored on Swiss infrastructure, and the ForenSys solution we deploy with EyeTek hosts data exclusively in Swiss datacenters certified TIER 3+.
How do you protect professional secrecy?
Access to your case files goes through a secure VPN, workstations and backups are encrypted, and permissions are limited to what is strictly necessary. Confidentiality therefore rests on how your infrastructure is configured, not on individual good practice.
Is my firm compliant with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP)?
We audit your infrastructure, identify the gaps with the Swiss data protection law, then implement the required fixes: encryption, access management and backups. On cybersecurity, we work with SecureMind to strengthen your nFADP and GDPR compliance.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Our contracts cover response within 4 hours, remotely through our secure assistance tool or on site in French-speaking Switzerland. The goal is that an IT incident never postpones a hearing or causes a missed deadline.
Do we have to change our practice management software to work with you?
